Salary Range: £40,000-£60,000
As part of our Revenue Operations team you will produce persuasive customer facing content and support bid/proposal projects, in order to maximise our win rate.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our company’s sales process and our customer’s buying process to enhance the skills, knowledge, process and tools needed by our sales force, in order to to increase deal velocity and conversion rates
Conduct analysis of team skills, processes, knowledge to identify strengths and areas for development
Conduct regular and engaging sales training and development sessions to continuously upskill the sales team and managers
Deliver individual coaching sessions for the sales team, based on in-person observation and viewing meeting recordings
Work with our Product Marketing team to prepare value proposition, pitch templates and go-to-market content for our products, and also conduct training around this
Develop, update, and own our sales playbooks, ensuring that they are being implemented in day-to-day activities
Establish a comprehensive on-boarding program for sales teams and managers
Regularly spend time in the field with reps to understand the realities on the ground
Extensive knowledge of sales methods and concepts
Direct Enterprise Sales and Sales Management experience, with a successful quota carrying track record
Experience building effective sales on-boarding and sales training programs
