Our Sales team here at Patchwork are in many regards, the champions of our products to the NHS. Working tirelessly and in close collaboration with them over a period of anything from a few months, to a few quarters - it takes real mastery to understand complex needs & present an appropriate solution.
The NHS never stops, and based on what’s happened in recent years, it’s easy to understand why priorities can change very quickly. We have to be adaptable and empathetic, considering that our entire world is only a small portion of theirs. The challenge we love, and constantly face, is creating enough desire to drive our products high up on the agenda and really highlight the value Patchwork brings.
By working closely with each other and the NHS, finding and championing the best solution - we’re able to drive real impact & being at the forefront of the relationship means we’re often the first to hear how much of a difference we’ve truly made.
